maybe if she didnt mock herself, i would care. but she knew she had a problem, made a song about it, that made lots of money, and still did nothing. no sympathy.

^I wasn’t planning on commenting on this but you seriously have such a shitty attitude about this. You don’t know about her addiction or support system or coping mechanisms or anything. All you know is that she had money and a popular song. She did go to rehab multiple times and was unsuccessful in getting clean. Fuck.

yeah and I write poetry about how much I hate myself and how unhappy I am in order to cope with the stress that builds up. Artistic freedom is artist freedom and this is disgusting and this straight edge culture is disgusting. She wrote a song about her experiences. She is signed to a major label, a huge label, and they rode that song because they knew it was shocking. Kurt Cobain wrote songs about his contempt for the world around him and himself, and most likely a song or two about drugs.
